Jacob Grey, Founder & CEO
Jacob Grey is a third-generation machinist with a lifelong passion for firearms. He began learning to weld and operate CNC equipment at the age of nine, and he has worked in machine shops ever since. In 2012, he founded Jacob Grey Precision Machining, a company that specializes in close tolerance aerospace machined components in exotic metals. Jacob Grey is a company known for its high-quality work and its ability to deliver on time, even for the most complex parts.
Todd Neice, President
Todd Neice is President of Sales and Marketing at Jacob Grey Firearms, with responsibilities to build sales and marketing programs, brand equity and penetrate the shooting sports industry. Prior to Jacob Grey he worked as VP of Sales with companies to expand the footprint in the market and annual volume of sales around the world. Notable for his 5 year as National Sales Director at Riton Optics, where he grew the business to 12 million in annual sales from the ground up and grew a dealer base that exceeded 2,500 independent dealers and 17 distributors across the country. On a global scale, Todd was able to contract with distributors in many countries to build the brand and drive sales in their network of dealers.
