All upgrades are installed by our team at the Jacob Grey facility. That means proper fit, no guesswork, and the confidence of a factory-level install.

Receive Shipping Label
We’ll email you prepaid UPS labels for round-trip 2nd Day Air shipping, both to and from our facility. Your firearm is insured every step of the way.
We Upgrade In-House
Once received, your TWC9 is upgraded in-house by our gunsmithing team. All components are test-fit and inspected for function and finish.
Get Your Pistol + Parts Back
Your upgraded pistol is returned fully assembled, with your original parts packaged and shipped alongside it.

No. To ensure proper function, all upgrades must be installed by Jacob Grey. This maintains our quality standard and ensures your pistol is properly fitted and tested.
Typically 5–7 business days once we receive your firearm. You’ll receive tracking both ways.
Yes. All original TWC9 components are returned with your upgraded pistol.
