Firearm Purchases
If your order includes a firearm, please enter your FFL holder’s address as the Ship To address at checkout.
Our team will reach out to the FFL directly to gather the required documents and confirm the transfer so your order can be processed smoothly.
This helps ensure accuracy on your order and prevents delays in shipping or firearm delivery.
Service Purchases
For any paid service added to your order, please provide the firearm’s full serial number at checkout.
If you’re purchasing a firearm and a service together and do not yet have a serial number, enter “TBD” and we will update your service record once the firearm is assigned.
This helps us maintain accurate records and complete your service efficiently.
Order Cancellations
A 10% restocking fee applies to any order canceled on the Jacob Grey website.
This fee offsets administrative and processing costs associated with small-batch production and supports our ability to maintain efficient operations.
