01 1st Shift CNC Machinist / Operator Full time · Prosperity, SC
Build precision components.
Set up, operate, and maintain 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling centers in a quality-focused production environment.
- Read engineering drawings, setup sheets, and GD&T.
- Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
- Monitor tooling, offsets, and dimensional consistency.
- Partner with engineering and quality teams on process improvements.
02 2nd or 3rd Shift CNC Machinist / Operator Full time · Prosperity, SC
Own an off-shift machining cell.
Produce high-precision firearm components while maintaining Jacob Grey’s standards for accuracy, traceability, and finish.
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC equipment.
- Complete first-article and in-process inspections.
- Adjust offsets and respond to tool wear.
- Keep accurate production and quality records.
03 Armorer Full time · Prosperity, SC
Assemble to the Jacob Grey standard.
Inspect components, assemble Jacob Grey firearms, and complete armorer quality checks with care and consistency.
- Identify manufacturing and cosmetic defects.
- Follow work orders, SOPs, quality, and safety procedures.
- Support improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
04 Quality Control Engineer Full time · Prosperity, SC
Elevate inspection systems.
Support and scale dimensional inspection, process control, and product consistency across precision-manufactured components.
- Program and operate ZEISS CMM systems.
- Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Develop inspection plans and support corrective actions.
- Maintain records for traceability and quality audits.

Support the build from component to assembly.
Help prepare, organize, and move components through a premium firearms manufacturing environment.
- Kit, deburr, stage, and track firearm components.
- Assist with slide lapping and general assembly support.
- Inspect parts for visible defects or nonconformance.
- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas.
