Every Jacob Grey handgun is built to perform as a complete system—slide, frame, barrel, fire-control components, recoil system, and fitment working together with purpose.
Our 12-Month Full Platform Assurance covers defects in materials and workmanship for the first 12 months from the original retail purchase date.
If your Jacob Grey handgun does not perform as intended, our team will inspect it, diagnose the issue, and make it right in accordance with our warranty policy.

Protection against qualifying defects in factory materials, manufacturing, assembly, or fitment
Factory Inspection & Repair
Your firearm will be reviewed by the Jacob Grey team and repaired or replaced at our discretion.
What is not covered in your 12-Month Total Assurance Warranty
Our warranty is designed to stand behind the firearm as it left our facility. It does not cover issues caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, neglect, ammunition problems, or damage outside normal operation.
Damage or malfunction caused by defective, reloaded, improper, or unsafe ammunition is not covered.
Non-factory parts, alterations, aftermarket modifications, or disassembly beyond normal field stripping may void warranty coverage.
Damage from neglect, corrosion, improper maintenance, unreasonable use, abuse, or criminal misuse is not covered.
Normal finish wear, cosmetic marks, or ordinary use wear that does not affect performance is not covered.
Damage caused by over-torquing screws, improper optic installation, incorrect hardware, or seized/broken fasteners may be billable.
