Warranty & RMA Acknowledgment

Please review these terms before submitting your warranty request.

  • Coverage for qualifying defects in materials or workmanship is for the lifetime of the firearm and transfers to a second owner.
  • The initial factory evaluation is free.
  • You pay shipping to Jacob Grey for evaluation, except where applicable law or existing warranty terms require otherwise.
  • Confirmed covered warranty service and shipping back to you are provided at no charge.
  • Authorized non-warranty labor is $100/hour, plus applicable approved parts and return shipping. You receive an estimate and separately approve chargeable work before it begins.
  • Agreed non-warranty charges and return shipping are due before return shipment, subject to applicable law and your documented RMA agreement.
  • Registration, requested evidence, and support-directed troubleshooting must be completed before RMA authorization.
  • Submitting this request does not authorize shipment or confirm coverage. Wait for your RMA and shipping instructions.
