Jacob Grey Firearms is pleased to provide domestic shipping within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses where permitted by law.
⚠️ Important: Due to federal, state, and local laws, certain firearm components, accessories, and other restricted items may not be shipped to specific locations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws before ordering.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing times may vary depending on order volume and item availability.
- If we experience longer than usual processing times, we will notify you via email or on our website.
- Firearms and serialized components require additional processing time due to legal requirements and FFL transfers.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Jacob Grey Firearms offers multiple shipping options based on product type, shipping method, and destination.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but actual shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Orders containing firearms or serialized components must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer and may require additional processing time.

RETURNS & SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
