What models are covered?
All current Jacob Grey pistols are eligible. Contact Jacob Grey or your participating dealer if you need to confirm eligibility for a specific model.
What is not covered?
The plan does not include cosmetic repairs, third-party modifications, or issues caused by aftermarket parts.
How long does service take?
The target is approximately two weeks from the day the firearm reaches the Jacob Grey bench.
Can the plan be transferred?
No. The plan is tied to the serial number registered with the first service and cannot be moved to a different pistol.
Do unused services roll over?
No. Unused services do not roll into the next year, so schedule both visits around your range and training habits.
