Please send any factory optic screws and/or spacer plates that came with your optic. Some optics need parts that the optic manufacturer includes.

• We must have your entire pistol to perform this service.
• This is a mounting-only service. Send your optic and any mounting kit parts with your pistol.
• If you don’t already have a mounting kit, you can purchase one here.

What the service includes:

• Remove the optic cover plate and install your optic.
• Test-fire the pistol to confirm zero and align point of aim/point of impact.
• Prepaid shipping to and from the Jacob Grey facility.
