Alpha Omega ARES Duty OWB Holster for Nox 9™


Inspired by Ares, the Greek god of war and battle, the Alpha Omega ARES Duty OWB Holster is built for serious use—whether that’s duty, training, competition, or extended time on the range. Designed specifically for the Nox 9™, this holster delivers secure retention, modular mounting options, and uncompromising compatibility with modern pistol setups.

The ARES features a multi-mount holster body and is sold configured with the Safariland QLS system, allowing quick attachment and removal while remaining compatible with war belts and battle belt setups. The holster body itself is also compatible with other mounting solutions, including G-Code RTI and direct mounting to a UBL Mid-Drop, providing long-term flexibility as your setup evolves.

For users who require or prefer active retention, the optional Speedlock Hood System adds Level 2 retention without slowing the draw. The Speedlock Hood self-drives forward when released, disengaging naturally as part of a proper master grip and draw stroke.

The ARES holster for the Nox 9™ is  cut for red dot optics and designed specifically for the Nox 9™.  The Speedlock Hood is designed to clear the vast majority of red dot systems currently on the market.

An optional leg strap can be added to eliminate holster flip during aggressive draws—especially useful given the strong passive retention built into the holster design.

We also offer a open top variant if a Level 2 retention is not desired
