Recoil Reaper™ Compatibility
The Recoil Reaper™ is a captured hydraulic buffer system designed for 1911 and 2011 platforms within specific dimensional and mechanical parameters.
Compatible Platforms
The Recoil Reaper™ is compatible with 1911 and 2011-style pistols that meet the following criteria:
- 1911 or 2011 architecture (single- or double-stack)
- Barrel lengths between 4.25" and 4.6"
- Standard recoil spring / recoil plug system

- Pistols with barrel lengths shorter than 4.25"
- Platforms that do not accept a standard recoil spring assembly
- Non-1911/2011 designs, including striker-fired pistols
- Not compatible with comped or integrally comped barrels were access to the bull plug is obstructed (must have visible access to bull plug for assembly and disassembly)
